AKIN shall hold an AGM during the first three months every year during which the activities will be reviewed and new ones presented and planned. Notice of the AGM will be communicated to members 21 days in advance. 50% of the members constitutes a quorum at the AGM.

Not later than 15 months from the date of the last meeting, a new executive board shall be elected every second year during the AGM.  During the elections, members may vote by proxy. Vacant positions between elections will be filled either by appointment or at a subsequent AGM.
